How it works
- Purchase the Plan: Select and purchase the membership plan that best suits your fitness goals.
- Complete Onboarding: Log into the XPF Mobile App and complete the onboarding questionnaire to provide us with your fitness preferences and goals.
- Sign Up for Classes: Access the class schedule in the app and sign up for the classes you want to attend.
- Personalized Schedule: If your membership includes personalized programming, your schedule will be available in the app within 24-48 hours.
- Track and Engage: Follow your workouts, log nutrition, and other metrics, and track your progress through the app.
- Stay Connected: Use the in-app chat to connect with me or your coach for any questions or support
