  • Four Progressive Mods: Each class is segmented into four mods, focusing on comprehensive upper body development. Every mod includes a superset of two upper body exercises designed to target different muscle groups for balanced strength gains.
  • Superset Approach: By combining two complementary upper body moves in each mod, this class effectively stimulates muscle growth, improves endurance, and maximizes efficiency. Exercises are chosen to cover the entire upper body, including chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
