XOVER is an Ignite Zone full-body circuit training class designed for all fitness levels. The session begins with a warm-up, followed by a sequence of cardio, circuit training, more cardio, and two additional circuits. This structure ensures a comprehensive workout that enhances endurance and metabolic conditioning. Participants will challenge their stamina and overall fitness, making XOVER an excellent foundation for progressing to more advanced training stages.
